Ellsworth Culture Banner

Paul and Patsy Ellsworth rely on the values and principles they learned from their parents. This has defined the culture of the company: work hard, be honest, be ethical, be trustworthy, and be respectful of others. Our values and principles guide how we hire talent and treat our employees. Our employees share a passion for serving our customers, and in conjunction with their technical expertise, these remain the key factors that differentiate us from our competitors, making Ellsworth Corporation the best in the marketplace.

Ellsworth Corporation shows appreciation to their employees through employee recognition programs, compensation incentive programs, and hosting events during National Customer Service Week and Employee Appreciation Day. We have cookouts, games, team building, raffle prizes, and more!

Community Involvement

Ellsworth Corporation believes in giving back where we work and live. Our employees contribute and support different charities including Relay for Life, American Cancer Society, Operation Homefront, and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Throughout the year, we hold several events to help raise donations such as bowling, volleyball, golfing, casual dress days, bake sales, and more! All money raised is generously matched by the company.

Ellsworth Corporation believes it is important to acknowledge and reward employees for their length of service. We are proud to share that we have employees with 20 plus years of service who enjoy the work they do and the teamwork environment. Service awards are presented to employees beginning at 5 years of service and every 5 years beyond. Recognition is in the form of a monetary gift and personalized award.
